We’re Hiring: SharePoint Developer – Adelaide (On-site)
  
Certus Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to manage, maintain, and enhance our client’s SharePoint and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This is a hands-on role combining development, user support, and workflow automation to improve collaboration and digitise business processes.
  
Location: Grenfell Street, Adelaide (5 days in office)
Work Model: On-site, 5 days per week
Contract/Full-time opportunities
Rate: $600–$800 per day (6-month contract with view to extension or becoming permanent)
Travel Required: Adelaide, Broken Hill & Dominican Republic
  
Key Responsibilities  
  • Provide technical support for SharePoint Online issues, user access, permissions, and security
  • Perform site maintenance, backups, and documentation for SharePoint administration
  • Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions and workflow automation using Power Automate
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Lead UAT, rollout, training, and documentation for SharePoint solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to uplifting the organisation’s digital culture
Key Skills & Competencies  
  • Strong SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 expertise
  • Programming: C# / .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API and RESTful services
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Project management and adaptability in a fast-evolving digital environment
Qualifications & Experience
  
Essential:  
  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a SharePoint administration or support role.
  • Proven experience in a SharePoint migration project, specifically from on-premise to SharePoint Online.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Experience developing MS Power platform tools (Power App and Power Automate) and integrating SharePoint with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline
Desirable:
  • Experience with third-party migration tools such as ShareGate.
  • Relevant certifications, such as the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.
  • Experience supporting users across multiple geographical locations.
