Certus Recruitment is partnering with a global, high-growth AI platform operating at the intersection of enterprise software, APIs, and customer experience.


They’re hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to win and grow complex enterprise accounts, helping organisations adopt next-generation AI-driven customer engagement solutions.


This is not volume sales. This is strategic, high-value, multi-threaded enterprise selling.


The Role

 
You’ll own a defined set of enterprise opportunities, building pipeline, shaping deals, and closing high-value contracts.
  • Close upper mid-market and enterprise-level deals in a fast-paced environment
  • Build and manage a 3–5x qualified pipeline (heavily outbound)
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across business and technical teams
  • Drive new business through a self-sourced, proactive approach
  • Navigate complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Position a highly technical AI platform in a commercially relevant way
  • Operate with urgency, ownership, and customer-first focus
This is a hunting role — focused on creating and closing opportunities, not managing inbound demand.

The Profile

  • Proven enterprise sales experience (SaaS / AI / APIs / platform)
  • Track record of closing large, complex deals
  • Strong outbound capability and pipeline generation
  • Experience engaging both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Credible at C-level with strong consultative selling skills
  • Highly resourceful, driven, and comfortable in high-growth environments
