Join a fast-growing creative and media agency working with some of Australia’s most recognisable property and lifestyle brands.
Our client is an established integrated agency known for delivering strategic advertising, media, and campaign solutions across digital, print, outdoor, and emerging media channels. With a strong reputation in the market and a collaborative team culture, they are continuing to grow their Melbourne operations and are looking for a Media Campaign Executive to join the team.
This opportunity would suit someone with early agency or marketing experience who enjoys working across campaign execution, reporting, client coordination, and media operations in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced media specialists and account stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of integrated campaigns from briefing through to reporting and optimisation.
You’ll gain exposure to media planning, campaign strategy, buying, reporting, and stakeholder management while building strong foundations for long-term progression within the media and advertising industry.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the execution of advertising campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor channels
  • Prepare campaign performance reports using platforms including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, and related reporting tools
  • Monitor campaign tracking and assist with implementation across media platforms
  • Manage creative assets and coordinate campaign materials with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Assist with campaign scheduling, specifications, trafficking, and administration
  • Support the development of media recommendations and campaign proposals for a broad client portfolio
  • Contribute insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data
  • Build strong working relationships with media partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines
About You
  • 1+ year of experience in media, marketing, advertising, or client services
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple campaigns
  • Understanding of digital media channels and campaign reporting
  • Confident communication skills and professional presentation
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Agency experience is highly regarded but not essential
