About the Role
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a Media Coordinator/Executive to join a collaborative media team, supporting the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns.
Reporting into senior media leadership, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management and execution of media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with at least one year of marketing or client management experience, looking to build a long-term career in media planning, buying, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery and management of media campaigns across multiple channels
  • Compile and deliver campaign reports using platforms such as Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
  • Ensure campaign tracking is correctly implemented and functioning across platforms
  • Coordinate and manage creative assets, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Create advertising specifications and ensure accurate campaign setup
  • Assist in developing media plans and recommendations for small to mid-sized clients across digital, print, and out-of-home channels
  • Produce monthly campaign reports, including performance insights and recommendations
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet timelines and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, media, or client management
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and effective time management
  • Understanding of media channels, including digital, press, and out-of-home
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Property industry experience is beneficial but not essential
