About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Media Coordinator/Executive to join a collaborative media team, supporting the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns.
Reporting into senior media leadership, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management and execution of media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with at least one year of marketing or client management experience, looking to build a long-term career in media planning, buying, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and management of media campaigns across multiple channels
- Compile and deliver campaign reports using platforms such as Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
- Ensure campaign tracking is correctly implemented and functioning across platforms
- Coordinate and manage creative assets, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
- Create advertising specifications and ensure accurate campaign setup
- Assist in developing media plans and recommendations for small to mid-sized clients across digital, print, and out-of-home channels
- Produce monthly campaign reports, including performance insights and recommendations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet timelines and objectives
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, media, or client management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and effective time management
- Understanding of media channels, including digital, press, and out-of-home
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Property industry experience is beneficial but not essential
- Remote with some Face to Face client meetings
