The Opportunity

Reporting to the Media Director, the Media Buyer will play a key role in planning, buying, optimising, and reporting on integrated media campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, media partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, strategically, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of established property clients.
  • Develop media plans and recommendations across digital and traditional channels, including print.
  • Respond to client briefs with strategic media schedules and campaign recommendations.
  • Book, manage, and optimise campaigns throughout their lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with media publishers and negotiate competitive rates.
  • Produce campaign reporting, performance analysis, and future recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief and coordinate campaign assets.
  • Support campaign execution alongside media coordinators.
  • Manage media invoicing and administrative requirements.
  • Maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
About You
  • 1–2 years’ experience in media buying or media planning.
  • Exposure to both digital and traditional media channels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Looker Studio will be highly regarded.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
