Inside Sales Account Executive
Melbourne (Office-based with some flexibility)
$85–90k base | $100–120k OTE


This is a strong inside sales role for someone who enjoys working inbound leads, developing channel partners, and turning conversations into real pipeline.


You’ll sit at the centre of the partner ecosystem — qualifying inbound demand, activating authorised partners, and helping them grow revenue across Victoria and Tasmania. This is not a spray-and-pray sales role. It’s structured, relationship-led, and backed by marketing activity, events, and a defined partner programme.


The role is Melbourne-based and predominantly office-first, with flexibility where needed. You’ll report into a local sales leader and work closely with marketing and the wider channel team.

 
What you’ll be doing
  • Managing and qualifying inbound leads via Salesforce, converting them into opportunities and projects
  • Handling inbound sales calls in a professional, consultative, and sales-focused way
  • Developing and reactivating authorised partners through outbound activity
  • Building partner understanding of solutions, certification paths, and commercial opportunities
  • Supporting partners as they progress through the channel programme
  • Participating in events, partner visits, experience centres, and industry exhibitions
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline, revenue forecasts, and reporting for your territory
  • Owning monthly pipeline and revenue updates across Victoria and Tasmania
What we’re looking for
  • 3+ years’ experience in inside sales or account management
  • Experience working in an indirect or channel-led sales model
  • Background selling technology solutions (security, networking, or IT preferred)
  • Confident handling inbound demand and structured outbound activity
  • CRM experience (Salesforce highly desirable)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment
  • Full working rights in Australia
