Certus Recruitment Group is working with a well-backed, early-stage fintech building next-generation market infrastructure for institutional participants.
This is a senior, externally-facing role focused on opening doors, building relationships, and turning them into real commercial outcomes.


If you know how institutional markets work and more importantly, how decisions get made, this will make sense quickly.


The Role


You’ll own institutional partnerships across trading firms, brokers, allocators and operations teams.


This isn’t passive relationship management. It’s about creating demand, shaping product direction, and landing strategic partnerships.

  • Build and grow relationships with institutional counterparties
  • Develop pipeline across design partners and pilot opportunities
  • Lead customer discovery with front-office and post-trade stakeholders
  • Translate market insight into product and GTM direction
  • Work closely with product, ops and leadership
  • Represent the business credibly in institutional conversations
You’ll sit at the intersection of market structure, product, and commercial strategy.

What they need

  • Strong experience in institutional crypto or TradFi (market structure, OTC, brokerage, post-trade)
  • Established network across trading, ops, and partnerships teams
  • Track record of landing complex, high-value partnerships
  • Deep understanding of how institutional buyers think and adopt new workflows
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments
  • Clear communicator, commercially sharp, and able to execute
Nice to have:
  • Exposure to custody, settlement, or capital efficiency workflows
  • Background in institutional fintech or market infrastructure
