Certus Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth, AI-driven SaaS business operating in the RegTech space.
They’re solving a very real, very current problem for financial institutions:
How do you stay compliant across modern communication channels like WhatsApp, Slack, LinkedIn, Teams, and SMS — at scale?
Most firms are still relying on outdated, manual processes or fragmented tooling.
This platform changes that.
It’s an AI-native communications supervision solution that enables compliance teams to identify real risk, cut through noise, and operate with confidence in an increasingly regulated environment.
The product is gaining strong traction, the market is moving quickly, and with fresh funding secured, the focus is now on scaling across the US.
The Role This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building and scaling a high-performing partner ecosystem.
There is already a foundation in place — active partners, early traction, and momentum.
Your role is to take that and turn it into a structured, repeatable, revenue-generating channel.
You’ll own the strategy, execution, and outcomes.
This is not about maintaining — it’s about building, refining, and scaling.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the global channel partnerships strategy
- Recruit and onboard high-impact partners (MSPs, consultancies, fintech ecosystem players)
- Develop and scale existing partner relationships to drive revenue contribution
- Build a predictable, partner-sourced pipeline and revenue engine
- Create structure across partner enablement, onboarding, and performance management
- Work closely with sales and leadership to align partner and direct GTM efforts
- Identify and unlock new routes to market through strategic partnerships
- 5+ years’ experience in SaaS channel / partnerships roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems
- Experience creating and executing go-to-market strategies
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue impact
- Hands-on operator — comfortable building as well as strategising
- Proactive, driven, and comfortable in a high-growth environment
- Product is proven and solving a growing, regulation-driven problem
- Strong market tailwinds within financial services and compliance
- Recently funded with a clear mandate to scale
- Existing partner base with real potential to expand
- High level of ownership and influence over a critical growth function
- Competitive compensation, equity, and full benefits package
For someone who has built partner functions before — and wants to do it again, properly — this is a high-impact role with genuine upside.
