Key Responsibilities
- Manage cases from inception through to resolution
- Handle a caseload across commercial litigation and insurance defense
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documentation
- Conduct depositions and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
- Work closely with partners and clients to shape case strategy
- Maintain strong organisation across multiple active matters
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
- Proven experience in insurance defense
- Background in commercial litigation preferred
- Exposure to personal injury defense beneficial
- Strong written, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Competitive base salary ($150k–$170k)
