Entering an exciting new chapter, their portfolio has evolved significantly – enabling responsible, secure and scalable AI adoption. The ANZ market is primed for growth, and we’re looking for a proven VP to drive it.

�� What You’ll Do
  • Lead and grow a high-performing sales team in ANZ
    • Also lead a Partner Manager and PreSales function with dotted line responsibility for Customer Success, Marketing and BDR departments.
  • Own the go-to-market strategy and drive alignment across direct and indirect channels
  • Manage and drive pipeline generation, accurate forecasting and meticulous sales cadence.
  • Take full ownership of maintaining team morale and a progressive, inclusive and connected culture. This includes motivating individuals, fostering their career development and training to enhance their skills to achieve their potential.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to successfully execute on plan.
  • Build and develop talent, ensuring sales execution excellence
  • Partner with enterprises to expand adoption and scale AI innovation
�� What We Need
  • A proven sales leader and player-coach with drive, presence, and the ability to inspire.
  • 15+ years in enterprise software sales, including 5+ years leading high-performing national teams across Australia & New Zealand.
  • A track record of building, scaling, and elevating successful sales teams.
  • A strong network of C-level and senior relationships within major Australian enterprises.
  • Experience driving hyper-growth in enterprise software, with deep knowledge of complex, solution-based sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills—able to influence, motivate, and deliver results.
  • A strategic mindset with a long-term vision, while maintaining urgency in execution.
