You'll work directly with customers, understand how their businesses operate, redesign inefficient processes, and deploy production-ready AI agents that deliver measurable commercial impact.

You'll work directly with customers, understand how their businesses operate, redesign inefficient processes, and deploy production-ready AI agents that deliver measurable commercial impact.
The Role
You'll embed with enterprise customers throughout the deployment lifecycle, taking ownership from discovery through to go-live and expansion.
Working closely with customer stakeholders and internal engineering teams, you'll:
- Design and deploy AI agents into live customer environments.
- Build integrations using APIs, MCPs, scripts, and custom connectors.
- Connect AI agents with ERPs, internal platforms, spreadsheets, email, and business applications.
- Analyse and improve operational workflows before automating them.
- Translate business processes into intelligent agent behaviour, including exception handling and decision logic.
- Lead customer workshops and become a trusted technical advisor throughout delivery.
- Feed product insights back into engineering while helping develop reusable deployment frameworks.
You'll have experience delivering AI solutions inside customer environments and enjoy solving complex operational problems.
You'll likely bring:
- 5+ years' commercial software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI or agentic systems into production.
- Strong Python development skills alongside JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL and REST APIs.
- Experience building MCPs, integrations and automation workflows.
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and modern AI frameworks.
- Industry experience across retail, e-commerce, CPG or supply chain operations.
- A consulting mindset with the ability to own projects from scoping through delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with senior customer stakeholders.
- Experience gained within a high-growth startup or consulting environment.
