Certus Recruitment is partnering with an innovative and fast-scaling AI business looking to hire an Account Executive to support continued growth across the Commercial and Mid-Market space.

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated SaaS seller who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys owning complex sales cycles, and understands how modern GTM Engineering and product-led growth motions are reshaping the way AI solutions are sold.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new business revenue, expanding market presence, and helping organizations understand how AI can integrate directly into existing workflows, systems, and operational processes.

This role suits someone equally comfortable building pipeline, leading commercial conversations, and navigating technical discussions around AI-driven platforms and automation.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Driving new business across Commercial and Mid-Market accounts
  • Partnering closely with Sales Engineering and Product teams to accelerate deal velocity
  • Articulating the commercial value, operational impact, and ROI of AI solutions
  • Managing pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity through HubSpot and internal AI tooling
  • Acting as a strategic voice of the customer by sharing market feedback with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams
The ideal candidate will bring:
  • 3–6 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
  • A strong track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets
  • Experience selling technical, platform, or AI-driven solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with technical curiosity
  • The ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience operating within fast-growth or product-led environments is highly desirable
