Emma has over five years’ experience in technology recruitment, specialising in hiring talent at the intersection of product, customer, and technology. She focuses on connecting businesses with individuals who not only bring strong technical or product expertise, but also thrive in customer-facing environments.

She works across a broad range of roles, including Customer Success (from CSM through to leadership), Account Management, Implementation and Onboarding, as well as Solutions and Pre-Sales. In addition, Emma supports hiring across Product and Delivery functions, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Operations, and Project or Programme Management.

Emma also specialises in customer-aligned technical roles, such as Solutions Engineers, Technical Consultants, and client-facing engineering positions.
