Jamie Trueman

Jamie began his recruitment career in London in 2009. Since then, he has built an international career spanning the UK and Australia, holding leadership roles for over a decade while remaining hands-on in recruiting. His core expertise lies in Risk, Financial Crime, and Compliance, working across a wide range of sectors and client sizes.

Today, Jamie is the Managing Director of Certus Australia—a full-circle moment, as Certus UK originally placed him in his first recruitment role. In his current position, he supports clients, candidates, and recruiters across GTM Sales and Technology divisions, alongside continuing to specialise in his niche market.

Outside of work, Jamie leads an active lifestyle and is often found chasing finish lines, whether in running events or triathlons.
