She specializes in market mapping and proactively headhunting top-tier talent, often those not actively seeking new opportunities. Renowned for her ability to find rare, high-demand candidates - the elusive "purple unicorn" - Rebecca takes a hands-on, personalized approach. She integrates seamlessly with her clients' teams, gaining a deep understanding of their business, challenges, and objectives to craft bespoke hiring strategies that attract and secure exceptional talent.

Originally from Australia, a country girl, Rebecca made the leap to Sydney’s big smoke in Australia, to the USA and now calls Austin, Texas home.
