Account Executive - FinTech 
$100k-105k Base, $200k OTE + Super + Benefits

  • Provides software and outsourcing services to leading asset managers, real estate firms, and commercial lenders. 
  
Account Executive responsibilities: 
  
  • Qualify and target new clients across a variety of sectors 
  • Create and manage strong relationships with C-Level decision-makers 
  • Focus on private equity, real assets, hedge funds, asset owners, and more 
  • Nurture and influence opportunities 
  • Perform extensive research to identify targets 
  • Prepare for all prospect engagements 
  • Manage a complex sales process 
  • Close sales of varying value through an end-to-end solution sales process 
  • Partner with colleagues to deliver a first-class customer experience 
  • Develop in-depth knowledge 
  
Account Executive requirements: 
  
  • 2+ years of software sales experience (ideally from a Finance/Banking background) 
  • Strong network 
  • Hunter mentality 
  • Proven record of sales success 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Stakeholder management 
  • Driven and highly motivated 
  • Relationship builder 
  
The successful Account Executive can expect: 
  
  • A starting base salary circa $100k
  • Uncapped OTE
