The Social and Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's social media and digital marketing strategies. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, along with a strong understanding of various digital platforms, trends, and tools. The coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy:
a. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the
organization's goals and target audience.
b. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook,Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
c. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities.

2. Content Creation and Management:
a. Generate high-quality, relevant, and compelling content, including creative copy, images, and videos for social media channels.
b. Proficiency in copywriting.
c. Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely postings across all platforms.

3. Communications and Community Engagement:
a. Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
b. Foster meaningful connections with followers, influencers, and potential customers to enhance brand loyalty.
c. Communicate and collaborate with relevant external contractors/agencies to execute on marketing strategies across digital and social channels.
d. Maintain stakeholder relationships, with the ability to communicate and collaborate
with other departments throughout the business.

4. Analytics, Reporting & SEO:
a. Track and analyze key performance metrics across social media platforms, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
b. Generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.
c. Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to implement and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
d. Communicate and collaborate with external contractors to execute on web development

5. Digital Advertising:
a. Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
b. Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with broader
marketing initiatives.
6. Partnerships and Influencer Collaboration:
a. Identify potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities with relevant
influencers and brands to expand the organization's reach.

7. Market Research:
a. Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent certifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
● 3-5years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.

Desired Qualities & Experience
● Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics (Google  Analytics & Meta Business Tools).
● Familiarity with SEO and SEM concepts.
● Confidence in the use of web development platforms such as WordPress.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Possesses a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
● Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
● Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
● Basic understanding of graphic design principles and tools.t
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Confidence in working within a fast paced, changing environment.
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
