What You'll Do
- Lead and grow Certus's Go-to-Market recruitment practice across APAC
- Partner with founders, C-suite leaders, and investors to build elite GTM functions — Sales, Marketing, SDR, CS, RevOps and beyond
- Own your client relationships: developing new business while deepening existing partnerships
- Map and engage exceptional GTM talent across SaaS, AI, and high-growth tech throughout the region
- Build and lead a team around you, with the full backing of an established global brand
- Shape the positioning, process, and reputation of the GTM practice across the APAC market
- Work closely with GTM colleagues in the USA and the UK

- Minimum 3+ years' recruitment experience with a clear GTM or Sales specialisation
- Strong knowledge of the Australian SaaS and tech landscape
- Demonstrable billing history and track record of building client relationships
- Comfortable engaging and advising at founder and C-suite level
- Ability to make mistakes and learn from them
- Hungry, honest, and ready to own it
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
