As one of the first dedicated members of the customer success/retentions team, you’ll be the go-to person for our users, ensuring they’re not just satisfied but genuinely excited to keep working with us. You’ll have a direct impact on customer happiness, retention, and long-term growth.

In this role, you will:
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers through daily outreach and check-ins
- Proactively identify and resolve customer pain points before they become problems
- Re-engage recently churned users with quick, effective outreach and solutions
- Work closely with sales and product teams to improve customer experience and reduce churn
- Develop systems and processes for long-term customer retention and success
- Love talking to people and can handle a high volume of customer conversations daily
- Are proactive, energetic, and thrive in a fast-moving startup culture
- Enjoy problem-solving and finding creative solutions to keep customers happy
- Want to help shape a customer success function from the ground up
- Have a background in sales or support (a plus, but not required)
- Base salary: $60K–$70K
- Performance bonus: $20K–$40K tied to customer retention targets
- Total potential compensation: $100K+
- Location: On-site in downtown Austin
