Our client is a profitable, product-focused AI startup transforming how real estate visuals are processed and delivered. With a strong customer base and a lean, high-performing team, they’re using computer vision, LLMs, and scalable cloud infrastructure to modernize a slow, manual industry.

As part of continued growth, they’re hiring Senior and Principal Full Stack Engineers to take ownership across the stack - building, scaling, and deploying AI-enabled tools that deliver real customer value.

The Opportunity

These roles offer broad technical scope, product ownership, and the chance to work directly on challenging systems at the core of the business. Responsibilities will vary depending on level and expertise, but may include:

• Building and improving features across the core platform using Python, FastAPI, and React
• Scaling and optimising backend systems and infrastructure
• Enhancing photo editing workflows and user experience
• Managing cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, GCP/AWS)
• Productionising and integrating ML/AI models, including computer vision and LLMs
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ship fast and iterate

What They’re Looking For

• Strong full stack development experience (Python, FastAPI, React)
• Solid infrastructure skills – cloud platforms, Kubernetes, scaling distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with machine learning in production environments
• A product mindset – pragmatic, user-focused, and delivery-oriented
• Comfortable working onsite in downtown Austin
