What’s in it for you:
- $55–65k base
- 40–50% uncapped commission
- Fully remote (US + Canada – specific regions only)
- High-performing sales team hitting targets
- Clear training, onboarding, and progression
- Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualifying inbound interest and booking meetings
- Managing the early-stage sales funnel
- Working closely with Account Execs and Marketing
- Tracking everything in HubSpot (or similar)
- Staying curious, coachable, and consistent
- 6–12 months in a BDR/SDR or similar sales role
- Confidence in outreach and lead gen
- A proactive mindset — self-starter energy
- Interest in science or tech is a bonus (but not essential)
- Based in one of the approved US/Canadian locations
