What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the full sales cycle – from pipeline generation through to close
- Building and executing a winning territory plan
- Running qualification meetings with C-level decision-makers
- Leading compelling demos and online product walkthroughs
- Managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex deals
- Working closely with SDRs and marketing to keep your funnel full
- Accurately forecasting and consistently hitting your number
- 2+ years’ SDR and 1+ year of AE experience
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong track record in SaaS or tech sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, SPIN, etc.)
- Confident running remote and face-to-face meetings with senior stakeholders
- Driven, coachable, and hungry to grow
- Technically curious and commercially sharp
- Base salary of €60k
- Realistic OTE of €102k
