Sponsorship Sales Manager – High-Growth Event Portfolio
London | 2–3 Days Office Based
£35–40k Base + Uncapped Commission (£60k+ OTE) + Excellent Benefits


We’re hiring for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a boutique, high-performing events business based in Central London. Operating at the forefront of sustainability, manufacturing, and energy, this company runs a series of intimate, high-value European summits—designed to keep senior leaders connected to market trends, emerging tech, and regulatory developments.


With an impressive client list, strong brand equity, and ambitions to scale fast, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded B2B sales professional looking to move into a high-ticket, relationship-led role.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving sponsorship revenue across a small portfolio of in-demand, European summits
  • Identifying and converting new commercial partners through a mix of inbound leads and outbound outreach
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers across energy, industrials, sustainability, and manufacturing
  • Managing complex deals from end to end—consultative selling, tailored proposals, and closing
  • Travelling to events across Europe (2–5x per year)
  • Collaborating with a small, agile team and helping shape future summit strategies
What we’re looking for:
  • 1–3 years of B2B Sponsorship sales experience, ideally with exposure to summits, round tables and similar
  • Confident communicator who can pitch to C-level audiences with credibility and polish
  • Highly driven, self-motivated and proactive—you know how to open doors and close deals
  • Interest in global business, sustainability, or tech-driven sectors
  • Strong written communication skills and a creative approach to commercial storytelling
  • Must be London-based or happy to commute to the office 2–3 times per week
