The Opportunity
Certus Recruitment is a trusted partner to founders, operators, and investors across the SaaS, AI, and broader technology landscape. As we grow our Go-to-Market practice, we're looking for someone who can own it — end to end.
This isn't a cog-in-a-machine role. We're looking for a builder. Someone who understands what great GTM talent looks like, who earns trust quickly with senior stakeholders, and who has the ambition to build a team around them — backed by 25 years of expertise, reputation, and relationships in the recruitment industry.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and grow Certus's Go-to-Market recruitment practice, working closely with our Founders to leverage their networks
  • Partner with founders, C-suite leaders, and investors to build elite GTM functions — Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps and beyond
  • Freedom to recruit across the UK and Europe, with the full backing of an established brand and 25 years of market presence
  • Own your client relationships: developing new business while deepening existing partnerships
  • Map and engage exceptional GTM talent across SaaS, AI, and high-growth tech
  • Shape the positioning, process, and reputation of the GTM desk at Certus
  • Work closely with your colleagues in the US and Australia to build global relationships

  • Minimum 3+ years' recruitment experience with a clear GTM or Sales specialisation
  • Demonstrable billing history and track record of building client relationships
  • Comfortable engaging and advising at founder and C-suite level
  • Ability to make mistakes and learn from them
  • Hungry, honest, and ready to own it
