We’re hiring an Account Director with strong channel and partner marketing experience to lead strategic programmes for global B2B technology brands.
This role sits at the heart of client strategy, working closely with partner ecosystems including resellers, MSPs, distributors, alliances, and technology partners. You’ll be responsible for shaping go-to-market direction, translating complex partner models into clear, actionable strategies, and ensuring campaigns drive measurable, sales-ready pipeline.
You’ll collaborate with Data, Creative, Demand Gen, Sales, and Account teams, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and helping unlock growth through smart, insight-led channel marketing.

- Leading channel-focused GTM and partner marketing strategies
- Analysing partner ecosystems, routes to market, and competitive landscapes
- Developing partner value propositions, messaging frameworks, and content direction
- Auditing channel performance and identifying opportunities to improve adoption and demand
- Advising senior client stakeholders with confidence and clarity
- Briefing creative and demand teams to ensure execution aligns with strategy
- Supporting pitches and proposals with strong channel-led thinking
- Identifying opportunities to expand and deepen existing client engagements
- Proven experience in B2B technology channel or partner marketing
- A strategic, commercially minded approach with a clear focus on outcomes
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and leading strategic conversations
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
