What You’ll Be Doing
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Own and manage all paid media channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant B2B platforms)
- Allocate budgets effectively across channels based on performance data
- Continuously test audiences, messaging, bidding strategies and creative
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide clear ROI reporting
- Analyse campaign data to identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies
- Improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition
- Develop and execute structured A/B testing plans
- Assess new platforms and emerging paid opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and sales to align campaigns with pipeline goals
- Optimise landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates
- Support attribution modelling and performance tracking across the buyer journey
- Deliver clear, data-led insights to stakeholders
- Use GA4 and ad platform reporting to guide strategic decisions
- Ensure accurate tracking and measurement across all paid activity
Essential
- Proven experience managing paid media within a B2B tech or software environment
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Ability to assess, evaluate and optimise full paid media strategies — not just execution
- Experience working with complex buyer journeys and longer sales cycles
- Strong analytical capability with confidence using GA4 and reporting tools
- Commercial mindset with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue impact
- Experience integrating paid media with Salesforce or Pardot
- Understanding of attribution models and CRO principles
- Experience testing new paid channels or scaling international campaigns
- Familiarity with AI-driven optimisation tools
