You’ll lead from the front, selling sophisticated analytics software into asset managers, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and family offices across Europe and Asia. At the same time, you’ll manage and drive performance from a UK and US-based sales team.
If you can sit in front of a CIO and confidently discuss hedge fund selection, portfolio construction, volatility, correlation, beta and VaR, and then convert that conversation into revenue, read on.

The Mandate
- Drive new enterprise SaaS revenue within institutional financial services
- Own and execute the full sales cycle — prospecting through to negotiation
- Lead and manage two Sales Executives (UK & US)
- Set OKRs, enforce standards, and build a performance culture
- Partner directly with the CEO on growth strategy
- Feed market insight back into product and positioning
- Manage complex, high-value sales cycles with senior stakeholders
What You Bring
- 5+ years selling B2B SaaS into asset managers, pension funds, or banks
- 2+ years managing a sales team
- Demonstrable track record generating $400k+ in new revenue
- Deep understanding of:
- Hedge funds & private equity
- Institutional due diligence
- Portfolio construction & modern portfolio theory
- Risk metrics (volatility, correlation, beta, VaR)
- Experience running outbound-driven enterprise sales cycles
- Gravitas with CIOs, Portfolio Managers, and Investment Committees

- Hybrid working (office-first during probation, 3 days thereafter)
