Our client is a multi-award-winning commercial property consultancy helping businesses of all sizes navigate leases, design flexible workspaces, and make smarter property decisions. With strong momentum and ambitious growth plans, they're now hiring a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team in Central London.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Proactively identifying and targeting SME and corporate prospects
  • Researching and mapping accounts to uncover opportunities
  • Qualifying inbound leads and running discovery calls
  • Delivering well-executed outbound outreach
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with senior sales colleagues
What we’re looking for:
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an SDR or BDM role
  • A background in commercial property (ideal, not essential)
  • Confident communicator with excellent articulation
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Organised with great attention to detail
  • A track record of success – whether in work, academics, or sport
