We’re on the lookout for a Compliance Officer to take ownership of compliance across a fast-scaling SaaS and technology business operating at the intersection of workforce management, hardware, and software.

This is a newly created position reporting to the Finance Director—ideal for someone who brings strong organisational and documentation skills, with either hands-on compliance experience or the capability and ambition to grow quickly into the role. A highly capable graduate would be considered.
 
What you’ll do:

• Help build and maintain the company’s compliance framework across standards such as ISO, GDPR, and SOC2
• Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of internal compliance policies and processes
• Support internal audits and play a key role in audit preparation and documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance efforts
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to embed best practice
• Ensure the company’s compliance posture scales with its rapid commercial growth

Who you are:

• You’ve either held a compliance, audit, or governance-related role, or you’re a highly capable grad with a relevant degree (Business, Law, Risk, etc.) and a genuine passion for compliance and process
• Organised, methodical, and confident working with documentation, frameworks, and internal stakeholders
• Interested in scaling best practices and helping a business build for the long term
• Based within 60 minutes of Epworth and excited about working in a dynamic, growing environment
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced scale-up and enjoys wearing multiple hats when needed
