Customer Onboarding Manager - SaaS
Epworth (DN9) – Office Based, 5 Days/Week
£35,000–40,000 Base + High-Growth SaaS Scale-Up
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised SaaS Customer Onboarding Manager to join a fast-scaling HR/Workforce SaaS business that’s redefining how organisations manage their people. With demand growing and the existing project team nearing capacity, we’re adding a dedicated onboarding specialist to ensure every customer journey gets off to the strongest possible start.
You’ll take ownership of the customer experience from the moment a deal is closed—guiding clients through setup, configuration, data migration, user training, and rollout. With a structured 8–12 week onboarding programme already in place, you’ll be trained on the tools and processes needed to manage multiple implementations with confidence.
If you’re proactive, personable, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this is a brilliant opportunity to shape success for customers while growing your own career in a business that’s going places.
What you’ll do:
You’ll be joining a high-performing, people-first business during a period of rapid growth. There’s structure, support, and plenty of opportunity to make an impact—not just in your role, but in how the business evolves its customer experience.
