We’re hiring a Graduate Compliance Administrator to join a fast-growing, people-first tech business that’s reshaping workforce management across the UK. Working closely with the Finance Director and wider teams, you’ll play a key role in helping the business stay on top of its compliance obligations—covering data protection, internal governance, and general business processes.

What you’ll do:
- Support data protection efforts (e.g. GDPR, DSARs, internal policies)
- Help maintain accurate documentation, policies, and internal procedures
- Assist in managing audits, checklists, and compliance registers
- Work across teams to ensure sensitive data is handled responsibly
- Contribute to training material, internal communications, and compliance reminders
- Get involved in process improvement and knowledge-sharing across the business
- A recent degree. Previous experience in an office-based role—legal, HR, or admin is a bonus
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn
- Confidence working with sensitive data and internal stakeholders
- Ambitious, dynamic, and culturally aligned—you’ll fit well in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
