They’re now hiring a Sales Development Team Manager to lead, inspire, and elevate a high-performing SDR team focused on the legal and tax sectors.
In this role, you’ll drive top-of-funnel performance, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and shape outreach strategies across key segments, from law firms and in-house teams to corporates and accountancy practices.

Key priorities include:
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing a growing SDR team
- Building effective outreach strategies that drive high-quality pipeline
- Partnering with Marketing and Sales to sharpen messaging and campaigns
- Managing KPIs, conversion metrics, and overall SDR performance
- Bringing structure, process excellence, and data-driven decision-making
- Representing the SDR function in wider GTM and segmentation discussions
- Proven experience leading SDR/BDR or inside sales teams
- Strong grasp of sales process, metrics, and CRM discipline
- A coaching-first leadership style
- Experience selling into or engaging the legal, tax, or compliance sectors (ideal)
- A high-energy, collaborative approach with a passion for building high-performing teams
- A high-impact leadership role with influence across marketing, sales, and GTM strategy
