Our client, a global leader in data, analytics, and technology solutions, is searching for an exceptional Sales Director to lead their Strategic Accounts covering Northern Europe.


This is a high-impact leadership role, working with some of the world’s largest and most complex clients across banking, fintech, payments, and digital identity. You’ll drive growth, build strategic alignment, and lead a talented team that partners deeply with enterprise customers to solve challenges in financial crime compliance, fraud prevention, identity verification, and customer data management.

Responsibilities


As Sales Director, you’ll lead a team of Account Directors and Field Account Managers covering strategic clients across Northern Europe. Your focus:

  • Driving growth across a multi-solution SaaS portfolio
  • Protecting and expanding an existing book of busines
  • Building long-term client partnerships at C-level and beyond
  • Own regional revenue performance and retention across key enterprise clients
  • Build and execute account strategies to unlock new use cases and opportunities
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Drive best practices in governance, forecasting, and customer engagement
  • Ensure exceptional client experience and advocacy
You’ll set the standard for excellence, creating account strategies, implementing governance frameworks, and coaching your team to consistently exceed revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

What’s needed:


You’re an experienced, data-driven sales leader who thrives on developing people and growing strategic customer relationships. You:

  • Have 3+ years in first-line leadership within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
  • Bring deep experience in AML, Fraud, or Financial Crime Compliance
  • Have led strategic accounts as both a salesperson and a leader
  • Are fluent in value-based selling and methodologies such as MEDDPICC
  • Believe in coaching first, empowering your team to perform at their best
  • Lead with integrity, metrics, and accountability
