Hybrid: 2 Days Office / 3 Days Home
To 38k base, 56k OTE + Great Benefits


Looking for your next step in sales? This role offers a ready-made account base of around 900 organisations, plus warm leads generated by an SDR team. With a clear sales target of around £15k per month (following a three-month ramp), you’ll be set up to succeed.


You’ll take a consultative approach, uncovering opportunities, booking and running meetings, and ultimately driving new revenue growth. Collaboration is key, working closely with Account Managers to deliver against shared goals.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into allocated accounts, identifying and developing new opportunities
  • Follow up on SDR-qualified leads to create a healthy pipeline
  • Engage decision-makers through a mix of calls, emails, social selling, and events
  • Deliver consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and position solutions
  • Book and run meetings, demos, and presentations to progress opportunities
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on shared goals and larger account strategies
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and activity KPIs
  • Track activity and pipeline accurately in CRM
What’s needed:
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an SDR, AE or BDE role
  • Proven success in lead generation, cold calling, and converting opportunities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • A motivated, proactive style and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
