We’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter specializing in both permanent and contract placements to develop and expand our service across North America. About the Role:
You’ll work closely with colleagues, both locally and internationally, working to grow your Client base whilst delivering great outcomes for everyone you work with. You’ll be growth focused and love building something to be proud of. You’ll embody our values: Passion, Energy, Commitment, Integrity, and Fun.

What You’ll Do:
This is a 360-recruitment role with responsibilities including: 

• Client acquisition and account development: Building and managing your portfolio of SaaS/AI/technology clients.
• Relationship building and networking: Connecting with decision-makers and candidates at all levels.
• Conducting client meetings and candidate interviews both on and off-site.
• Ensuring the recruitment cycles are managed and controlled, demonstrating high standards.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to achieve key objectives.
• Building your reputation as The expert in IT recruitment.
• Representing the company at industry and networking events.
