Our client, a leading UK IT solutions and services provider, is seeking a Dynamics 365 Product Owner to take full ownership of their internal CRM platform. Acting as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Sales, you’ll drive best practice, manage the development roadmap, and ensure the platform delivers maximum value to the business.

The Role

This is a pivotal position, where you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, translate them into actionable development plans, and oversee the delivery of new features and enhancements. You’ll be hands-on in shaping the future of the platform, ensuring it evolves in line with business goals and supports operational excellence.


You will:

  • Own and manage the internal Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, updates, and roadmap planning
  • Act as the go-to expert for D365 Sales, championing adoption and best practice
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
  • Manage and prioritise the CRM change backlog in collaboration with development teams
  • Coordinate upgrades, testing, and release cycles with internal and external teams
  • Ensure alignment of CRM functionality with sales, marketing, and operational processes
  • Promote innovation through adoption of new Microsoft technologies and platform features
About You

You’re already an experienced Dynamics 365 Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst with a deep understanding of CRM systems. You have a proven track record of gathering requirements, managing development pipelines, and driving user adoption.


You’ll bring:

  • Expertise in D365 CRM, with hands-on experience in configuration and optimisation
  • Strong requirement-gathering and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to define and deliver a clear product vision and roadmap
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with technical resources
  • Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Dataverse, and API integrations
  • A user-focused approach, ensuring solutions are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with business needs
