Remote (UK or Ireland)
£80–90k Base + £180k OTE
We’re searching for an accomplished Enterprise Sales Executive with a background in logistics SaaS to join a fast-growing, international business. Selling into the mid-market and enterprise space, this role is all about driving new business, securing high-value contracts, and expanding an already impressive client base.
The Role
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll take full ownership of identifying, engaging, and closing major opportunities. From building strong C-level relationships to running structured, strategic sales cycles, you’ll operate with a consultative approach to win complex SaaS deals.

Key responsibilities include:
- Exceeding ARR targets through strategic new business sales
- Owning the full sales process, from prospecting to close
- Building and managing a pipeline of £250k+ ARR opportunities
- Leading high-impact presentations and value-driven proposals
- Negotiating and closing multi-year contracts with enterprise clients
- Collaborating with pre-sales, onboarding, and customer success to ensure smooth delivery
- 5+ years SaaS sales experience in logistics or delivery tech
- Proven track record of exceeding £250k+ ARR deal sizes
- Strong structured sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar)
- A consultative, commercial mindset with excellent C-level engagement skills
- Organised, metrics-driven approach with the ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, when required
- £80–90k base salary
- £180k OTE with uncapped earning potential
