Client Experience Manager – Enterprise Accounts
Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid (2 days in office)
Function: Sales & Marketing | Full-Time
Salary: $65–85k base + $35k OTE

Their platform combines real-time data, proprietary analysis, and direct access to leading economists. They don’t follow consensus, they challenge it. They are now seeking a Client Experience Manager to ensure Enterprise clients extract maximum value from their investment.
The Role
You will act as a strategic partner to a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, guiding senior stakeholders and user groups through onboarding, adoption, and continuous value realisation. Working with both newly acquired and established clients, you will identify use cases, uncover pain points, and drive meaningful engagement across the platform.
This role suits someone with a strong client success or account management background within financial services, macro research, SaaS, or data-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders across major financial institutions
- Deliver tailored onboarding and training to drive platform adoption
- Transition clients from traditional “report-led” consumption to the modern digital insights platform
- Understand client objectives and provide value-based solutions aligned with their workflows
- Track engagement metrics, monitor satisfaction, and address issues proactively
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts
- Attend face-to-face meetings, events, and industry roundtables where possible
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to optimise the client journey
- Feed client insights into product development discussions
- Support retention, renewal, and long-term account growth
- 3+ years’ experience in client success, client experience, or enterprise account management
- Background in B2B financial services or economic data preferred
- Understanding of macroeconomics strongly desirable
- Experience with value-based selling; MEDDPIC exposure is highly valued
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders, including C-suite
- Ability to analyse data and convert insight into actions that support client outcomes
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and CRM-led workflows
- Strong organisation, independence, and ability to manage multiple complex accounts
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service
