The Opportunity
As Sales Director, you’ll lead a sizeable and established sales organisation serving law firms, in-house legal teams, notaries, corporates, and public sector clients across France.
You’ll take ownership of revenue growth across a large portfolio of strategic accounts, managing a team of 15–20 sales professionals within a broader national sales organisation of over 150 people. This is a leadership role with real influence — focused on performance, structure, and continuous
improvement.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of revenue growth across a large portfolio of strategic accounts, managing a team of 15–20 sales professionals within a broader national sales organisation of over 150 people. This is a leadership role with real influence — focused on performance, structure, and continuous
improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic accounts sales strategy in France, aligned with wider commercial objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior account managers and sales leaders
- Drive performance through data, forecasting, and structured pipeline management using Salesforce
- Leverage sales intelligence and conversation-analytics tools (e.g. Gong) to improve deal quality and sales efficiency
- Embed structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN) to raise consistency and capability
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Customer teams to deliver an integrated client experience
You’re a senior sales leader with a strong track record in complex B2B environments, comfortable operating at scale and selling into large, strategic accounts. You bring clarity, discipline, and energy — balancing high standards with strong people leadership.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading enterprise or strategic account teams in SaaS, data, or information-led businesses
- Strong command of CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales analytics or conversational AI tools
- Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
- A structured, methodology-driven approach to sales leadership
- Fluency in French and a strong working level of English
- Comfort working in a data-rich, performance-led sales culture
- Senior leadership role within a global, AI-driven information and SaaS organisation
