Certus are partnering with a fast-growing, technology-led demand generation business redefining how data, acquisition and publishing work together to drive scalable revenue growth.

The Opportunity


You’ll take full operational ownership of high-volume, search-led acquisition across 100+ live campaigns spanning Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Display (with Meta exposure where relevant).


This is hands-on, daily in-platform optimisation — managing budgets, bids, structure and experimentation — but with a bigger remit:

  • Strengthening acquisition architecture
  • Elevating optimisation standards
  • Building smarter automation frameworks
  • Improving downstream lead quality, not just front-end CPL
You’ll operate inside a business that controls the full acquisition lifecycle — from traffic source through to data capture and commercial value. Your decisions directly influence performance, pipeline quality and revenue impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning performance across large-scale Paid Search & Display environments
  • Managing and reallocating budgets dynamically to maximise efficiency and data value
  • Daily optimisation across bids, placements, keywords, creatives and targeting
  • Designing structured testing roadmaps (bidding, targeting, creative variables)
  • Conducting auction insights & competitor analysis to refine strategy
  • Expanding campaigns via keyword research and search term mining
  • Enhancing automation via smart bidding, rules and AI-driven optimisation
  • Collaborating with engineering to improve reporting and dashboard visibility
  • Ensuring compliance across platform policies and data protection standards
You’ll move beyond execution into shaping how acquisition operates at scale.

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven hands-on PPC ownership across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
  • Experience managing high-volume campaign portfolios
  • Strong commercial judgement around budget allocation and scaling
  • Demonstrable A/B testing and structured experimentation experience
  • Confidence working with automation, smart bidding or rule-based systems
  • Strong analytical capability (Excel / Sheets / GA4 or equivalent)
  • Clear communicator with the confidence to defend optimisation decisions
This role suits someone technically strong, commercially sharp and comfortable operating independently in a performance-led environment.
