We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to own and grow a high-potential mid-market territory across Australia. This is an opportunity to join a scaling tech business with strong product-market fit, an established customer base, and a solution genuinely solving critical business challenges.
You’ll work closely with marketing, solutions consultants, and leadership to build pipeline, run strategic sales cycles, and close new logo opportunities across sectors including financial services, healthcare, infrastructure, government, and enterprise services.
Role is hybrid, working as a part of a collaborative team paying 110-120k + super + commission - High performers are making around 350-400k.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business acquisition across the mid-market segment
- Build and manage a strong outbound and inbound pipeline
- Run consultative SaaS sales cycles from discovery through to close
- Engage stakeholders across risk, security, compliance, operations, and IT functions
- Develop tailored value propositions aligned to client pain points
- Partner with pre-sales and product teams during demos and solution design
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise organisations
- Strong consultative and commercial selling capability
- Ability to engage C-level and senior decision-makers
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Experience within risk, cyber security, governance, compliance, or adjacent technology environments is highly regarded
