They now have an exciting hybrid opening in London for an experienced and enthusiastic Account Director.
Account Director responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, concerns, and goals
- Renewal Strategy Development: Developing comprehensive strategies to ensure client retention and renewal
- Contract Renewal Negotiation: Negotiating contract renewals, including pricing, terms, and conditions
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
- Cross-selling and Up-selling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to existing clients
- Account Planning: Developing and executing strategic account plans to maximise client retention and growth opportunities
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring client health and engagement metrics to proactively identify potential renewal risks and opportunities
- Oversee 60+ account with annual revenue exceeding 1.7 million
- Be degree educated (2:1 and above)
- 5+ years Account manager or Account Director
- SaaS, MarTech, or tech sector
- Demonstrable credibility and gravitas with superior verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and ethical
- Balance in competing priorities and managing multiple projects/accounts
- Autonomous
- Demonstrable leadership traits
- A base salary circa 52-68k
- An uncapped OTE of 66-83k
