Working with organisations across both public and private sectors, they deliver innovative managed service solutions that help customers modernise, secure, and optimise their IT environments.
Following continued growth within their Managed Services division, they are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to become the central point of coordination and governance across their managed service portfolio.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands managed services and enjoys bringing structure, consistency, and clarity to complex service offerings.
Acting as the custodian of the managed services portfolio, you'll ensure services are accurately defined, documented, governed, and communicated across the business. Working closely with Managed Services, Service Delivery, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, you'll play a key role in how services are developed, positioned, sold, and delivered.

- Owning and maintaining service catalogues, descriptions, and supporting documentation
- Managing version control and ensuring consistency across all customer-facing and internal materials
- Supporting the full service lifecycle, from development and enhancement through to retirement
- Identifying opportunities for service improvement and evolution
- Collaborating with sales teams on customer requirements, tenders, proposals, and solution alignment
- Supporting service positioning, marketing collateral, and sales enablement activities
- Acting as a subject matter resource for the managed services portfolio across the wider business
The ideal candidate will already have exposure to a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment and possess a strong understanding of how managed services are packaged, delivered, and governed.
