Client Advisor
Los Angeles | San Francisco | San Diego Hybrid: 2–3 days per week in the office
$80,000–$110,000 base salary + uncapped bonus & commission


Certus Recruitment Group is partnering with a specialist, high-end advisory business operating in the UHNW space. This is a client-facing role for someone comfortable working with sophisticated individuals, complex requirements, and long-term relationship building.


You’ll act as a trusted advisor, converting warm and qualified leads into clients through a high-touch, consultative sales process. This role suits someone who understands discretion, credibility, and the expectations of UHNW individuals—whether from private banking, wealth management, investment advisory, luxury services, or similar environments.


The Role

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for UHNW prospects, guiding them through a structured advisory journey
  • Convert inbound and referred leads into active clients through consultative, relationship-led engagement
  • Conduct detailed discovery to understand client objectives, constraints, and long-term goals
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and ongoing client experience
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and professional introducers
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and pipeline management via CRM
  • Represent the business professionally in client meetings and industry settings
What They’re Looking For
  • Proven experience working with UHNW or HNW clients in a client-facing capacity
  • Background in advisory, private banking, wealth management, investment services, luxury sales, or similar
  • Strong communication skills and a natural relationship-builder
  • Comfortable operating in a regulated, detail-oriented environment
  • Commercially astute, credible, and confident with senior stakeholders
  • Based in or near LA, San Francisco, or San Diego, and open to 2–3 days per week in the office
