$120,000–$160,000 base + upside


This is not a traditional enterprise sales role.


Certus Recruitment Group is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing financial infrastructure business operating at the intersection of institutional trading, fintech, and digital assets. They’re looking for a senior, trust-led partnerships professional to build deep institutional relationships and help shape how large financial players adopt new infrastructure.


This role is about credibility, discovery, and long-cycle institutional engagement, not pipeline velocity or short-term deal pressure.


The role, in plain terms


This person will work with senior stakeholders across product, risk, compliance, and operations at institutional firms (brokerages, exchanges, fintech platforms). The focus is on understanding how institutions actually buy, structuring pilots, and progressing partnerships in a way that works commercially and operationally.


Success is measured by:

  • The quality of institutional relationships built
  • Clarity of discovery and problem definition
  • Progress toward well-structured, credible pilots
Not by outbound volume or fast closes.

This role will suit someone who:

  • Has experience selling or partnering around institutional trading, execution, brokerage, or financial infrastructure
  • Is credible with senior institutional stakeholders and comfortable operating in regulated environments
  • Understands long, multi-threaded buying cycles involving compliance, risk, and procurement
  • Comes from backgrounds such as:
    • Institutional crypto teams
    • Brokerages or exchanges
    • Fintech or financial infrastructure providers

  • Not a high-volume enterprise sales role
  • Not a transactional, quota-heavy environment
  • Not about “running plays” — this is strategic, consultative, and trust-based
