The Role

 
As Head of Sales – EMEA, Trading Workspace, you’ll lead a high-performing regional sales organisation across a large territory. Responsible for growth, retention, and market share, you’ll define strategy, inspire performance, and position the platform as the standard for trading and investment excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a world-class sales team across EMEA.
  • Deliver against ambitious sales and retention targets for the trading workspace platform.
  • Drive new business, renewal velocity, and competitive displacement.
  • Build trusted partnerships with C-suite executives across buy- and sell-side institutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align strategy and client outcomes.
  • Represent the business as a thought leader in trading workflows and digital transformation.
  • Navigate complex market and regulatory environments, including MiFID II and best execution frameworks.
About You
  • Proven success leading regional or enterprise sales teams within financial markets.
  • Deep understanding of trading workflows across asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, Commodities).
  • Commercially sharp, strategically minded, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer with the ability to lead through change.
  • Confident operating within complex, matrixed, and high-growth environments.
