Our client is reimagining how property managers engage with residents and prospects using AI to automate communication across voice, SMS, email, and chat. The platform is built for multifamily housing teams who want to deliver faster, more responsive service without sacrificing quality.
  
To support this growth, they are hiring a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to own the enablement strategy across the full customer journey, arming Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams with the tools, knowledge, and resources to execute with clarity and consistency.
  
What You’ll Do  
  • Build and lead the GTM enablement function, from onboarding to ongoing development, across Sales, CS, and other revenue-facing teams.
  • Develop high-impact content: battlecards, messaging frameworks, competitive intel, product sheets, objection handling guides, and more.
  • Align closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to translate product complexity into clear, customer-facing messaging.
  • Drive process consistency across the GTM org, ensuring alignment on positioning, ICP, buyer journey, and use cases.
  • Implement scalable systems and workflows to support content delivery, training, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze enablement program effectiveness using data and feedback, continuously optimizing for impact.
What You Bring  
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS enablement, ideally with a mix of Sales and broader GTM (e.g., Marketing or CS) focus
  • Experience building enablement programs from the ground up, not just delivering content, but creating structure and strategy
  • Strong track record supporting outbound sales motions and cross-functional go-to-market initiatives
  • Excellent content creation and communication skills—capable of turning complexity into clarity
  • Proven ability to work across Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, AI-powered product environment
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills—you can lead the vision and build the deck
