- Own and lead sales across high-value territories
- Start as a senior IC closing major deals
- Scale a field sales team from 5 to 50+

The Requirements
Someone who can both write a comprehensive scaling strategy AND personally pitch their product to a sceptical grocery store owner. Strategic brilliance + tactical execution + personal selling ability.
- 10+ yrs in fintech/B2B SaaS sales with team building and scaling experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail and/or grocery experience (advantageous)
- Player-coach with field sales DNA
- Strategic thinker + tactical executor who can win trust on the grocery store floor
- Data-driven operator with deep customer empathy
- Entrepreneurial mindset; bonus if you've been a founder or early-stage builder
- Leadership role with huge ownership and impact
