Software Engineering Manager
Hybrid (Remote-first with occasional in-office meetups)
175-185k + Leadership Trajectory
We’re working with a high-growth B2B SaaS company that’s reshaping its space through smart product design, deep industry insight, and strong technical foundations. As they continue to scale, they’re now looking for a Software Engineering Manager to take charge of day-to-day delivery, help grow the team, and play a key role in shaping the technical future of the platform.
You’ll be joining a tight-knit engineering function, working closely with a senior architect, product leaders, and design stakeholders to deliver new features, guide architecture, and maintain engineering standards. There’s a clear growth path here; this role is ideal for someone who’s managed small teams or led projects and is now ready to step into a broader leadership position as the company scales.
