A fast-growing digital transformation and technology consultancy is looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to help accelerate digital growth and lead generation across global B2B markets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven marketing, paid media optimisation, and advanced SEO strategies and wants to work in a collaborative environment where digital performance directly impacts business growth.
The Role You will take ownership of PPC and SEO strategy, driving high-quality lead generation through multi-channel campaigns. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll optimise paid campaigns, improve organic visibility, and ensure websites and landing pages are built for conversion.
Key Responsibilities Paid Media & Campaign Management
  • Plan, manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Support paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads) targeting B2B and technology audiences
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing and optimisation
  • Provide performance reporting and insights to stakeholders
SEO, GEO & AEO Strategy
  • Deliver technical, on-page and off-page SEO improvements
  • Implement schema, structured data and answer engine optimisation
  • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Manage link-building initiatives and content optimisation
Website & Content Optimisation
  • Work with marketing and development teams to optimise website performance
  • Build SEO and CRO-focused landing pages
  • Maintain site structure, content governance and CMS updates
Analytics & Performance
  • Track and report on SEO and PPC KPIs
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across channels
  • Identify new opportunities to improve digital performance
Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, product and commercial teams
  • Support integrated campaigns across the digital ecosystem
  • Coordinate with agencies and freelancers where required
What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Experience managing Google Ads PPC campaigns
  • Experience running LinkedIn Ads or B2B paid social campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practice (technical, on-page & off-page)
  • Knowledge of retargeting and remarketing strategies
  • Experience with GA4 and performance analytics
  • Experience using a CMS for website content management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results
Desirable
  • B2B digital marketing experience (technology, SaaS, or professional services)
  • Experience with Salesforce or Pardot
  • Understanding of conversion optimisation and lead generation funnels
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing optimisation
