Key Responsibilities Paid Media & Campaign Management
- Plan, manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Support paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads) targeting B2B and technology audiences
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing and optimisation
- Provide performance reporting and insights to stakeholders
- Deliver technical, on-page and off-page SEO improvements
- Implement schema, structured data and answer engine optimisation
- Conduct SEO audits, keyword research and competitor analysis
- Manage link-building initiatives and content optimisation
- Work with marketing and development teams to optimise website performance
- Build SEO and CRO-focused landing pages
- Maintain site structure, content governance and CMS updates
- Track and report on SEO and PPC KPIs
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across channels
- Identify new opportunities to improve digital performance
- Work closely with marketing, product and commercial teams
- Support integrated campaigns across the digital ecosystem
- Coordinate with agencies and freelancers where required
Essential
- Experience managing Google Ads PPC campaigns
- Experience running LinkedIn Ads or B2B paid social campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO best practice (technical, on-page & off-page)
- Knowledge of retargeting and remarketing strategies
- Experience with GA4 and performance analytics
- Experience using a CMS for website content management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results
- B2B digital marketing experience (technology, SaaS, or professional services)
- Experience with Salesforce or Pardot
- Understanding of conversion optimisation and lead generation funnels
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing optimisation
